BROCHETAS DE CHORIZO – Chorizo

Pincho de chorizo, con cebolla morada, jitomate, pimientos, calabaza y piña asada.

INGREDIENTES.

- Pinchos para brochetas.
- Chorizo Camargo al gusto, cortado en rondeles de 2 cm.
- Cebolla morada al gusto, cortada en tronchas.
- Jitomate al gusto, cortado en tronchas.
- Pimiento morrón al gusto, en tronchas.
- Calabacín al gusto, cortado en tronchas.
- Piña asada al gusto, cortada en tronchas.
- Sal y pimienta al gusto.
- Aceite neutro al gusto.

PREPARACIÓN.

Remojar los pinchos de madera para brochetas y armar las brochetas, cada una con 1 par de cada ingrediente colocado aleatoriamente. Llevar al grill o a una plancha caliente y cocinar por completo, girando las brochetas constantemente para evitar que se quemen. Retirar del fuego y reservar.
