CHILACAS RELLENAS – Chorizo

Mezcla de quesos, chorizo, champiñones y elote.

INGREDIENTES.

- Chile chilaca al gusto sin piel y sin semillas; abiertos por en medio, para rellenar.
- Queso chihuahua rallado al gusto.
- Queso menonita rallado al gusto.
- Champiñones al gusto cortados en octavos.
- Chorizo Camargo al gusto.
- Elote en grano al gusto.
- Sal y pimienta al gusto.

PREPARACIÓN.

Guisar hasta dorar el chorizo sobre una sartén previamente engrasada. Luego, agregamos el elote y cocinamos por 5 minutos. Por último, apagamos el fuego y agregamos los champiñones e integramos muy bien. Rellenamos nuestras chilacas muy bien con el guiso y los quesos rallados, y llevamos al grill o sobre una plancha caliente hasta que el queso se haya fundido.
