Chilaquiles – Chorizo

CHILAQUILES

Base de maíz con frijoles acompañada de nopal curado, chorizo y queso panela fresco. (2 porciones)

INGREDIENTES.

- 90g de de totopos.
- 160 ml de salsa verde o roja de Chorizo Camargo.
- Crema menonita al gusto.
- Queso chihuahua rallado al gusto.
- Pico de gallo al gusto.
- Cilantro al gusto.

PREPARACIÓN.

Precalentar una sartén. Luego se agregan los totopos y dejamos que tomen un poco de temperatura. Verter tu salsa Chorizo Camargo preferida sobre los totopos y guisar por 2 minutos. Servir sobre un plato o bowl y acompañar con un poco de queso rallado, crema, pico de gallo y decorar con hojas de cilantro.
