PELLIZCADAS DE NOPAL,PANELA Y CHORIZO – Chorizo

Base de maíz con frijoles acompañada de nopal curado, chorizo y queso panela fresco. (2 porciones)

INGREDIENTES.

- 250g de masa de maíz.
- 200g de nopal curado con sal y agua.
- 200g de Chorizo Camargo.
- 200g de queso panela desmoronado.
- 300g de frijoles cocidos y refritos.
- Cilantro al gusto.
- Sal y pimienta al gusto.

PREPARACIÓN.

Formar con nuestra masa tortillas con un grosor de aproximadamente 1 cm y pellizcarlas por la parte del centro. Colocar sobre un comal caliente engrasado y cocinar por completo. Sobre una sartén previamente engrasada, guisamos el chorizo hasta dorar. Para el montaje cubrimos la base de las pellizcadas con frijoles.

Después, agregar el chorizo y colocamos los nopales curados. Espolvorear con panela desmoronado y decorar con cilantro.
