SALSA DE CHORIZO – Chorizo

¡Prepárala hoy mismo y dale un sabor especial a cada comida!

INGREDIENTES.

- 3 piezas de jitomate.
- 1 cebolla blanca.
- 200g de Chorizo Camargo.
- 2 dientes de ajo.
- 4 piezas de chile de árbol.
- Sal y pimienta al gusto.

PREPARACIÓN.

Tatemar el jitomate, la cebolla y los ajos. Guisar hasta dorar el chorizo. Tostar los chiles de árbol, luego pasar todos los ingredientes a una licuadora y licuamos hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea. Salpimentar al gusto y reservar en un recipiente para salsas.
